The Urban Eatery at the Eaton Center

Today the operations and sales teams at work took a field trip to the Eaton's Center in Toronto. They just renovated their "food court" into an "urban eatery" and they did an excellent job of it!

There simply was too much to choose from, so I settled on a favorite- a sandwich! But check it out!

This was a "choose your own" concept restaurant. First you choose the bread and spread, then the cheese, then the meat and then the cooked veg and fresh veg (or switch the meat for 2 extra veg). I had mine on whole grain bread with low fat basil hummus. I added caramelized onions, grilled eggplant, arugula and banana peppers. With a HUGE fresh salad on the side and all for under $10 it was the perfect lunch.

We did a lot of walking so I chose an outfit that was walking boot appropriate:

If you want more Harry Potter Party pictures, check out sparrows and arrows. The costumes were amazing!
