For the past two days I've been on the couch watching movies or napping. What a way to end my holidays!
I always have a firm action plan to get better though:
1) drink lots of water
2) sleep or rest as much as possible
3) eat lots of fruits and veggies (especially those high in Vitamin C like oranges)
4) daily multi vitamin
Example One: Chocolate Brownie Iced Cream with Bananas and Peanut Butter (special thanks to the BF who ventured out on January 1st to find an open store to buy aforementioned ice cream!)
Example Two: Lots of Vitamins Smoothie (orange juice, juice ice cubes, bananas, flax seeds and frozen strawberries)
