This week's workouts really tested my limits!

Monday
50 minute spinning class

Tuesday
1 hour body flow class (thai chi, yoga and pilates) + walk to and from gym (total 30 minutes)

Wednesday
rest day

Thursday
AM 50 minute spinning class


Friday
90 minute spinning class! (intense!)
1 hour boxing class

Saturday
Doggie walk at the off-leash park

Sunday
50 minute zumba class
