I make a lot of protein/energy bars. I just love them so much!
When the BF and I buy them we eat them up like candy! I like to make my own when I have the time to control the sweetness (and hopefully control our portions!).
I made these on Friday and they're a hit!
They wrapped up into perfect bars!
Before the gym on Saturday we each grabbed a bar and had it along side some yogurt and fresh mango.
