I find whenever I'm craving a ton of flavour i go for a Mexican or Indian dish. For lunch the other day I was looking for something filling, tasty and spicy!
This Mexican Wrap hit the spot!
First I spread some low fat sour cream on a ww tortilla and added some mixed greens.
Then I made a salad out of some leftover quinoa and black beans. I added veggies, cilantro, lemon juice, oil, cumin and chili powder.
I topped the salad with some cheddar cheese, salsa and hot sauce!
Wrap, cut and serve!
It was so filling I didn't even have the yogurt I had planned for dessert!
