soup and tea biscuits

This past Sunday, I arrived at my parent's house just in time to help with lunch. While my mom put finishing touches on her chicken noodle soup I prepared some rosemary tea biscuits (made with dried rosemary from my mom's herb garden).

 These were supper easy! I used our basic tea biscuit recipe and simply added 1 1/2 Tbsp of dried, crushed rosemary to the dried ingredients. 

For dessert we had a tasty apple crisp made with walnuts, maple syrup and dried cranberries. I topped mine with some yogurt. Decadent!
