If you don't know about this amazing product get to know about it! Stoneware by Pampered Chef. It's non-porous, bakes evenly, and looks great! I just bought the last few pieces to finish off my baking ware set. I'm so excited to start baking with it!This afternoon while cleaning the kitchen floor, dishes, scouring my very dirty oven, cleaning the bathroom, packing, doing 4 move loads to my brother's new place, and watching HGTV I made these lovely dishes:
Roasted beet (what gorgeous colour!), goat cheese and spinach salad with almonds and balsamic vinaigrette.
A fabulously spicy White Bean and Turkey Meatball Soup.
For lunch a Greek wrap with turkey, tzaziki, olives and garlic dressing.
