I was looking for some props for my amazing halloween costume, Joan from Mad Men, this afternoon.


I was referred to an antique store in Kingston and while checking for a vintage cigarette case I stumbled upon an amazing find! The bible of all cookbooks. Julia Child's The Art of French Cooking. Look forward to some real French Recipe trials in the next few blogs!


Continuing with the vintage theme of the day, my brother and I went to the local diner for an old fashioned milk shake.
