It's another busy week at work this week, and I'm on the road for three days so I'm going to do simple and easy to achieve goals for week four.
Week Four
Goal #1 - Minimum 3 bike rides with one being 60km (weather permitting) + 1 run, 1 yoga session and 1 ab. workout
Goal #2 - portion control!
I'm going to spend 7 days listening to my body and trying not to overeat.
I'll keep track of my food intake a bit more closely so you can follow along!
