I'd like to think that we never make the same one twice since we always pack them full of crazy ingredients.
This sandwich was a mash of whatever we could find in our sparse fridge.
The bread was a mulit grain fennel loaf from Art-Is-In and while we were buying it we spotted this lovely salad that we just had to try it's a Soba Noodle Salad With Julienne Vegetables & Dan Dan Mien Dressing.
Ham and Pesto Panini
your favourite bread/buns/loaf
grainy dijon on one half
pesto on the other half
black forest ham
mozzarella
spinach
spicy marinated eggplant
Assemble and press in the panini maker until the cheese gets melty!
