Garden Mint Mojitos

The BF's sister and brother-in-law seem to have a never ending supply of fresh mint from their garden. I happily took some from them the other day to see what I could do with it!

I used some in the minted fruit salad on last weekend. But they're also good for tasty drinks! At their BBQ we had tasty Mojitos!

I don't have their special recipe, but here's one that's similar.

Be sure to serve your drinks with a generous helping of sticky, gooey and oh so tasty ribs "a la" BF!
