Feeling Moroccan

We took a trip to Morocco tonight with this amazing stew. I ended up adding some last minute surprise ingredients that really made the dish!

- veggies (onion, zucchini, sweet potato, green beans, green peppers, mushrooms)
- stewed tomatoes
- chicken breast
- olives
- sun dried tomatoes
- artichoke hearts
- honey dates

Served over whole wheat fusilli pasta! It was a huge hit! And I mean huge- enough for dinner, lunch, and leftovers for the freezer.
