Set for the week

Today was another "at home day". I got to the gym, read a few chapters of my book, did the groceries and got some storage containers from Canadian Tire.

Lunch was a sausage and potato fritata!


Dinner was a family favorite: shepherd's pie. I also roasted some cauliflower and spaghetti squash for other meals this week. My brother was the sous-chef and helped me with other prep like cutting up fresh veggies for easy lunch time snacks all week long!
