Lunch in a bag

Dinner that night was Moroccan Chicken Breast with Tomato Couscous and Balsamic and Garlic Marinated Tomato Salad! Yum! The tomatoes where so easy! I sliced a few baby tomatoes, added salt, pepper, really nice balsamic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Just before service I tossed it with baby greens.


My mom was lovely enough to make my lunch for me last night. I just loved her idea of a lunch in a bag! You eat the chopped veggies as an appetizer then you dump the chopped chicken and add your dressing and shake, shake, shake!

We had to write cute messages for each other!
