Getting some wear

I woke up to a very cold morning last week. I was almost happy because I got to wear another of my Glebe Garage Sale finds!

This blue sweater is great because it's warm yet cool and is a bright and summery colour. Perfect for a Canadian spring.

For work I paired it with black pants, boots and a collared shirt. I really liked it with gold jewelery to give it a classy look.


For a Saturday BBQ I wore shorts and my funky yellow sandals (still breaking them in, I might not actually wear them out but at least I have them on for the picture!). I used fun plastic beaded jewelery to dress it down a bit.


To get into the summer spirit though I had some watermelon for my afternoon snack. Doesn't it just scream summer?

    Watermelon - one of my favourite summer fruits.
    I like the blue jumper/cardigan - the colour is so pretty. Those boots are so lovely. I love the colour too. xx
