Garden Dinner

I brought home some vegetables from my grandmother's garden last weekend but only got around to using them 4 days later (traveling half the week being the reason!). By day four you really need to use up all the fresh veggies from a garden since they go bad pretty fast!

To use everything up we had:

Garden fresh jumbo zucchini and potato fritters with cucumber, spinach and feta salad.


A meal fit for mother nature herself!
