some sad news

I was very excited about my trip to Micheal's last week because I finally bought my cake decorating kit for the class I'm taking in November! On my way out though my camera got caught on the door and it fell to the floor in three pieces!

Life post camera breaking day has been sad and confusing. I'm not sure where to go or what to do. I've called to see if it can be repaired but I haven't been able to get any answers yet. I've been "window" shopping for a DSLR, so that's put some spring in my step. However, I'm only buying one if my camera isn't reparable and only if it's on sale (so I'd wait till boxing day).

Now my camera has duck-tape and needs to be held together to work. It makes taking pictures a chore instead of a fun hobby.

There's light at the end of the tunnel though! I've been trying my blackberry camera out and it's not too bad, although I'm not a fan of the quality. I've also bargained with my parents to borrow theirs for a while. Thanks guys!

Here's my indoors, no-tripod, florescent light, blackberry outfit post for today:

In happier news, I'm completely in love with the necklace I'm sporting! Thanks Jen Brown for the belated birthday present! It's perfect!

I'm also loving this gum. It's perfect for fruity bubble blowing!

Have a great day!

Emilie
