I'm staying with my parents again for a couple of nights. I had some fun in the kitchen last night and stocked their fridge with food for the week! Hearty vegetable soup, cream of butternut squash soup, chocolate pudding and jello. Tonight I'm making some banana bread with those awesomely ripe banana's in the fridge.
Today marks the start of week three of a new challenge of mine: the couch to 5 k program is a beginner running training program. It helps you build up your resistance to the impact of running by running for a bit and then walking. I bought a cute watch today to help me with the intervals.
