It's time to eat!
Here's what we filled our bellies with this weekend:
Friday Night Dinner - Cajun Fish Burger with tomato and avocado salsa and spicy mayo.
This burger got rave reviews!
Saturday morning brunch- potato, spinach and mushroom fritata.
Saturday Night- a refreshing glass of white beer (I swear it's summer in our apartment, it's SO hot! A cold beer was in order!).
Before dinner snack- fresh baguette with oil, spice and balsamic dip.
The dinner! Ceasar salad with sausage, pesto (homemade!) and spinach lasagna. Thanks to the BF for slaving away in the kitchen!
Sunday- it's not a day of rest without chocolate!
Sunday dinner- the BF's tandoori chicken with basmati and broccoli. Yum!
