weekly.workout.1.


A new weekly feature on live.eat.smile! Here's how I broke a sweat this week:

Monday
50 minute spinning class

Tuesday
10 minutes elliptical then 2x Em's circuit workout (see below)

Wednesday
Rest Day

Thursday
AM 50 minute spinning class
PM 40 minutes ice skating 

Friday
AM 10 minutes skipping training then 2x Em's circuit workout (see below)
 PM 1 hour boxing class

Saturday
AM 40 minute running intervals (5 walk, 20 run, 5 walk, 5 run, 5 walk)

Sunday
dog walk on a sunny day!

*Em's Circuit Workout
(adapted from here - check out all her other workouts, they're hard but amazing!)

10 minute cardio warm up (e.g. biking, running, eliptical, skipping)

50 - jumping jacks
20 - squats (1 set regular, 2nd set wide stance)
20 - jump squats
40 - alternating lunges
15- burpees
10 - push ups
50 - crunches
30 sec - plank
30 sec - side plan (each side)

Do 2x, should take you about 10 minutes per set.
