sandwich lunch, soup dinner

I packed myself a hearty lunch for Monday. A ham and cheese bagel sandwich with lots of fresh veggies to crunch on during my busy lunch.

 After a hard workout at the gym (50 minutes of spinning!) I came home to a hot meal! By bro made a spicy chick pea and sweet potato soup with homemade whole wheat bread!

A perfect start to the week!
