I started my day at 7am with a hot bowl of oatmeal, sliced banana and a glass of milk.
I picked a colourful outfit to match the sunny day!
I had a quick snack to tie me over before lunch.
For lunch I had leftover sweet potato and chick pea soup, homemade bread and a yogurt.
A much deserved mid-afternoon snack!
For dinner, before my yoga class, I had a light meal of asian style tilapia with a "sushi salad" (all the flavours of sushi without the rolling! Yes, that's wasabi on the side, so tasty!
After the gym I stopped by the grocery store for some supplies and saw that cantelope was on sale! A nice wintertime treat!
