I feel refreshed and revitalized to start March! Did you know that it's Nutrition Month in Canada? I'm excided to start fresh with some fun goals. If there's ever a time you wanted to challenge yourself with healthier eating, this is the month to do it.
To start the month off right I sweat it out at a 50 minute spinning class this morning.
To refuel my body I made a hearty bowl of oatmeal with as much fruit as I could find!
Frozen mango, blueberries, strawberries and half a banana!

I want to challenge myself beyond my comfort zone at the gym and really focus on clean eating.
