chocolate for breakfast

Happy Friday!

I decided to plan ahead for breakfast last night and make myself a jar of overnight oats of chocolate, peanut butter variety.

I used 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup milk, 2 Tbsp chunky peanut butter, 1 Tbsp ground flax seed and 1 Tbsp cocoa powder.


 This morning I added 1/2 sliced banana and a splash more milk for a creamier consistency (they were a bit dry).


The sun is coming up and I'm looking forward to a busy day that's going to just fly by.
