I was stocking up on some necessities at the Bulk Barn yesterday when I came across some Sunflower Seed Butter with Flax. I bought about a dollars worth to give it a try!
The verdict- really tasty! I loved the little crunch the flax gave it. It was smooth (but a little more liquid than PB) and had a ton of flavour.
I had mine on a warmed pita with banana and a side of Dark Chocolate Almond Beverage (I'm addicted to this drink!).
I would buy it again for a change of pace, but I have to say I still love Peanut Butter better...
