weekly.workout.4


Im keeping with my March Nutrition Month goal of pushing the limits. The proof is in the pudding though (I love pudding!). I feel as though I've kept my body in a constant state of "pleasently sore" all week and I love it!

Monday
AM: 1 hour Body Pump (weight lifting) class

Tuesday
AM: 30 minute cardio workout with my mom ("Now we're walking hahaha"- it was a fun time!)
PM: 1 hour 45 minute Muay Thai class with my bro (nothing beats that workout!)

Wednesday
A much needed rest day!

Thursday
AM: 50 minute spinning class

Friday
AM: 20 minute ab blast in my livingroom
PM: 1 hour boxing class with the BF

Saturday
AM: 50 minute spinning class + 15 minute skipping session

Sunday
AM: 1 hour Zumba Class
