best overnight oats so far plus must try pizza

What a great plan it was to force myself out of my norm and try more recipes! I have found my best batch yet!

The key? Yogurt!


Banana Berry Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
2 heaping spoonfuls of vanilla fat free yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana
slice strawberries and 4 blackberries
slivered almonds

I mixed the first 5 ingredients together, topped it with the berries and left it overnight. In the am I added the almonds. The BF warmed his up in the microwave and it tasted just as good, if not better!


For dinner tonight we had a treat! Instead of our usual pizza toppings I searched the internet and found something new for us to try.

I made some 1/2 whole wheat 1/2 white flour pizza dough (for here) and added 2 tsp italian spice mix and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

As for toppings, I used these as inspiration.
