Atelier Restaurant

I went to Atelier restaurant this past week and enjoyed 4 hours and 12 courses of beautiful plates of amazing food/art. Our group ate over 100 ingredients! What a food journey!

Here's a sneak peak at some of my favourites.

 Black and Green - fried halibut cheek with avocado purée

 Prawnmower - cold fish plate with house smoked salmon

 Crabby Caesar - battered soft shell crab

 The Boar Identity - bore belly with sweet and sour glaze, morel mushrooms in Beau's Beer, black eyed peas, wild garlic, leek greens, house mustard, caramelized onion and apple cider jelly, etc.

 The Codfather with White Asparagus Sauce

 Parsnip -20 different pineapple preparations with parsnip, kafir lime leaf powder, coconut milk and lime sorbet, macadamia nuts, pineapple malabu rum purée and spiced parsnip cake

One Year Latter - Whit Chocolate, Mango and Cardamom Sorbet with Frozen Raspberry and Orange Water Blossom
