more hot day meals and wears

Another heat wave? Sure, bring it on!

We're beating the heat by waking up earlier to do our workout in the cool mornings. 31kms in 1 hour 5 minutes this morning!

Yesterday I enjoyed a cool salad with leftover slow roasted beef and an interesting poppyseed dressing. I'm not 100% sold on the dressing, but the beef was perfection (thanks bf!).



 For dinner we made fish burgers (pan fried white fish with some seasoning) topped with guacamole and with a side of apple coleslaw.


I had the opportunity to walk to my meeting (thank goodness the building had air conditioning!) so I sported a comfy/professional look.

Updos are a must in the summer with my head of hair!
