Week 5 just flew by! My 3-day weekend visiting my friend for her wedding really sped things up!
With the travelling and trying to empty our fridge for travelling, I didn't get too much fish in my diet, but it snuck in here and there. I also got two really great rides in! Lots of hill practice this week. I was sore for days after this ab routine. I couldn't even finish it!
Week Five
Goal #1 - Minimum 3 bike rides (weather permitting) + 1 ab routine
Goal #2 - focus on whole grains and try as much as possible to choose them over white/refined products

Emilie...I think goal #2 sounds easy....goal #1; that takes incredible discipline. You go girl...you have more discipline than I do!
