Morning Energy!

My brother is staying with me for a while. We didn't waste time to plan out a solid work out routine and healthy eating plan. This morning was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while. For only a measly 47o calories we each got a ton of nutrition!

P's Energy Oatmeal

1 banana
1/3 cup apple sauce
1TBSp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 cup oatmeal

1 glass of skim milk


A breakfast of champions to give us energy for our day!
