Carl's Workout

Apparently the army names their workouts after women. My second cousin Dave (an army man!) and I switch up who plans our weekend workout every week. Last week we did the Barbara workout, this week was my week to plan.

Meet Carl. He'll destroy you! Be careful!

Do this circuit three times in a row then end with a light jog to cool down. Don't forget to stretch, believe me you'll feel it the next day!
