Going strong

I'm actually enjoying the strength I've gathered for my mini challenge this week - to not count my calories but still feel good about myself. Here's what I've been up to:

Lunch out with a colleugue. A really tasty salad with some water (love that it's in a mason jar!).

I did lots of casual wear this week! It was a nice change after all the suits at the conference in Banff.

Friday night pasta! I used some smoked muscles, kidney beans, spinach and mushrooms. Some cracked black pepper, fresh basil and parmesan cheese topped it off beautifully!
