Sushi and Macaron Lollies

The trade show was two days, first starting with a late evening cocktail party. We had plenty of time for a 6 course sushi dinner! Noodle soup, nori broth, sesame salad (picture below), mixed plate (picture below), beef and vegetables, and green tea iced cream. It just kept coming! Everything was awesome.

The macaron lollies were a huge hit! I got them from our food supplier and stuck lolly sticks in them when they were frozen.

The booth:

I loved this idea! I hate business cards just lying around, this kept them neat and where we can always find them.

  1. I spotted some seaweed appetizer! It's my favorite. Talking about sushi, since I started to make my own sushi rolls, I haven't go to sushi restaurants lately.

You always have so much yummy food! I am so jealous~ :)
