beef dip and banana bread

 Last night we went all out for dinner. The BF slow roasted a beef tenderloin roast. He toasted some buns, added fried mushrooms and served the sandwich along side some au jus. Voila! A succulant bBeef dip sandwich!


 

For dessert, I through together a moist and delicious banana bread.


 Right out of the oven and still steaming.  I served it with some strawberry jam.


A warm filling meal is the perfect way to finish off a weekend!
