kale chips

If you have never experienced Kale Chips, try it soon! They are the perfect snack. It's a bit scary how much they taste like potato chips. 

To make them, you pull the kale leaves off their stem. Bake with olive oil for about 15-20 minutes at 350F. Be sure to bake them in one single layer (no overlapping) to ensure even crispyness.


 Crispy, light and slightly salty. Thanks to the BF's sister for introducing us to this!


Speaking of tasty food... for dinner we had a very tasty tomato sauce on noodles. I couldn't decide if I wanted noodles or spaghetti squash so I just had both! A match made in heaven!


A great way to spend an evening! Eating and laughing the night way.
