Rest day!
Sunday
Walking our friend's dog and making her do bad things!

Running Knees - 100 (50 each leg)
Run - 10 minutes
Side Running Knees - 100 (50 each leg)
Eliptical - 10 minutes
Running Knees - 100 (50 each leg)
