how to start the week

Happy Monday Blogland!

I think the best way to start the week is a long sleep (11 hours!), a solid workout in the sun (running, skipping and walking lunges!) and some tasty food!

My mom made oatmeal for breakfast and then my dad and I had a yummy yogurt and fruit bowl (with flax for me!) after my workout. 

Hopefully all of your weeks are starting off on the right foot!
