saved by the sun

I was close to having to brave the stuffy, windowless gym today, but the sun came out and saved the day! Few, 10 weeks 10 goals still stands!

I'm just headed out for a bike ride with the bf and thought I'd tell you about my day so far!

Breakfast was another successful attempt at a batch of overnight oats.

Tropical Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk (you can use almond or soy beverage)
1/4 cup each sliced bananas, frozen mango and fresh pineapple
1 pinch chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut

Stir together and leave overnight for a stress free breakfast delight!

It was a bit cooler this morning with an overcast sky, so I dressed in layers but kept it spring-like with peep toes and white and cream colours. 

I love lunch! We had yummy eggs salad sandwiches with fresh dill and spinach.
