fried chicken sandwich and fun salad ingredients

Good morning and welcome to your Thursday!

I've been having a busy week of travelling. Here are some highlights!

I packed leftover BBQ Fried Chicken to make an epic sandwich on Monday:

Oh yes, there's coleslaw on my sandwich!

I was feeling summery on Monday and sported a dress to work:

For dinner at my brother's place I pan fried some salmon burgers and made a lovely salad to serve on the side. 

Why make a boring salad? Try new ingredients and step outside your comfort zone. This salad had baby romain, nectarine slices, toasted honey walnuts and a homemade dijon and balsamic dressing.
